NC A&T Weather Camp 2010

This is a follow-up post to a previous blog post that talked about the different weather camps across the country, detailing my experience at the NC A&T Weather Camp in Greensboro, NC.

The camp started on July 19th, and ended on the 23rd. We learned several things each day, from aquifers (everyone liked that, as it involved ice cream) and climatological rainfall patterns, to forecasting, isoplething, and how to identify clouds properly. We learned about various aspects of meteorology, and did at least one experiment or activity each day.

We also had to work on end-of-week group presentations, some of which I've embedded in this post.
